The security of sensitive information is of the utmost
importance to Austin Productions and TECHS on Call. We
have a long track record of handling confidential information
for some of the largest New York investment banking firms, among
others. Although internet security per se will never be
100% perfect, there are some measures that can be taken to
insure high security. |

In the event that we are working with files of a sensitive or
confidential nature, which you prefer not to email, our first
recommendation is that you allow us to send the files via
overnight mail, such as FedEx. If the need for said files
is immediate, we can make arrangements to send them encrypted,
providing you with the private key for decryption. Another
solution is to give us remote access to your mail server via
Virtual Private Network (VPN) using PPTP and Microsoft
Encryption Solution. |

Once we have your files, total security and confidentiality is
guaranteed. It is not uncommon for us to have two clients
in the same industry, in some cases bidding for the SAME DEAL.
As a result, we have a policy of not disclosing to anyone what
projects we have produced nor the content of said projects. |

In the event that we would like to add a sample of a project
we produce for you to our portfolio, prior permission is
requested, and any sensitive data is "sanitized" and
subject to the client's final approval. |

You may have noticed that we have a separate,
password-protected demo reel to control access of client
samples. |
